I am quite picky when it comes to evoo, but was so positively surpised with this one. You can immediately feel the high quality of the product as you open the bottle. It has a great aroma and a rich but at the same time easy-going texture that enriches flavors without becoming overwhelming. Great as a dressing for salads and grilled vegetables, as well as on top of meat or bruschettas.
