Shipping policy. At the moment we ship only to Italy and European countries. Shipping costs are 13.25€ for shipping within Italy, with some additional costs depending on the specific country for rest of Europe, to be displayed before the checkout, as soon as the customer inputs the delivery address. Customers have the choice among the 2 shipping companies that we collaborate with at the moment. All packages will come with tracking.
Order processing will occur within two business days.
Shipping time is between 3 and 7 business days.
If the product reaches the customer damaged, the customer can apply for our refund policy.
At the moment our company doesn’t sell any digital product.
